PAYMENT POLICY
1. FULL PAYMENT
a) Your booking is complete when we receive your full payment through the website.
b) We do not reserve any service or product without payment.
c) An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of online booking and payment. This email serves as a confirmation that you will receive the address and instructions.

2. CASH/PARTIAL PAYMENT
a) If you prefer to pay for your booking by cash, you can make a bank transfer of $50 to secure your spot (non-refundable), and pay the remaining amount in cash once you arrive.
b) If you prefer to pay cash you must first confirm the date and time of your booking by email or text message.
c) We will reply via text message the bank details, booking confirmation, address, and instructions will be sent.
PRIVACY POLICY
Isadora Tantrica is compliant with The General Data Protection Regulation.
It means that we are open about our methods of tracking and use of the visitors’ personal data, and you can freely check what exactly we’re doing to it.
At Isadora Tantrics we collect:
Your name and surname
Date of birth
Your email address
Your physical address
Your phone number
The data about the browser and device you use to view the store
The way you navigate the store
We gather your contact details because they are necessary to accept and process your orders or bookings, and to make sure you’ve got your packages.
We gather the details of your technical equipment and on-site behavior in order to make our website more user-friendly and to personalize our website services for you (for example, to automatically switch the store to the mobile version.)

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULEÂ POLICY
Isadora Tantrica is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Despite the best intentions, we understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately!
Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served.

No-shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier.
For these reasons, Isadora Tantrica has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

1. CANCELLATION REQUEST
a) Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, or text message.
b) Cancellation requests must be done 48 hours in advance in order for you to have a credit to reschedule (less administration fee)

2. REFUND POLICY
a) Refund requests must be made 10 business days prior to the booking date and will be subject to an administration fee.
No refunds will be issued with less than 10 business days' notice.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY
a) Alternatively, you may request for your booking to be transferred to a future date or take credit for a different product or service.
Reschedule or credits can only be given if full payment has been made.
b) All rescheduled bookings will incur a $50 AUD rescheduling fee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Lost/Missing Packages
Isadora Tantrica is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

2. Custom
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. Our estimated shipping time in Australia is 8 - 14 days
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept Candles and Bath Crystal returns.
