ABOUT ISADORA TANTRICA
I have embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and personal development since the age of 15, immersing myself in transformative experiences that have shaped my passion for the field of psychology and mental health.

My voyage began with a 10-day retreat and workshops, where I delved into the intricacies of self-awareness and self-development. I explored concepts such as Enneagram (personality development) and delved into the transformative world of Gestalt Therapy. During this time, I committed myself to unraveling the complexities of my own familial relationships, confronting my triggers, and addressing personal traumas. In parallel, I read a range of mental health literature, broadening my knowledge base.

At the age of 19, I embarked on a formal academic path in Psychology, where I had the privilege of approaching these subjects from a scientific perspective. The beginning of this academic journey allowed me to develop a deep affinity for Radical Behaviorism (B.F. Skinner). However, it was during my studies that I encountered the principles of Gestalt Therapy, which resonated with me as a profoundly humanistic and phenomenological approach to therapy.
I further honed my expertise by enrolling in a 2-year Master's program in Gestalt Therapy, requiring great self-work in each module, deepening my understanding of this therapeutic modality and preparing me to effectively support individuals on their journeys toward self-discovery and personal growth embracing their polarities also integrating the organismic self-regulation, while also getting a certification in Massage Therapy and the benefits the touching can provide to our wellbeing.

Recognizing the ever-evolving nature of the field of human behavior and mental health, I have remained in my commitment to continuous learning. I have pursued my Australian qualification as a Counsellor, and specialized certifications in Couples Therapy through the Gottman Institut (Love LAB). Additionally, I have delved into the intricacies of Non-Violent Communication, harnessed the power of Positive Psychology, and explored the realms of Conscious Sexuality and Intimacy through Tantra Tradition/Philosophy.

My journey has been one of relentless curiosity, self-improvement, and a burning desire to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of individuals and couples. As I stand at the intersection of personal experience, academic knowledge, and specialized training, I am poised to bring a unique and holistic perspective to the field of psychology and relationships.
